REAL-TIME REPORTING

Our Smartphone centric platform is the most robust and flexible inventory  management tool ever created.  Virtually any report can be generated to monitor or track any activity.  With that said, it is a focus at RedBumper to not inundate our clients with so many reports that the system becomes cumbersome and clustered like many of the tools on the market today.   We monitor a dealer's inventory live via DMS integration.  We produce up to the minute decision support reporting.
SmartLot
What is the target inventory mix by year/make/model/trim level that will yield the greatest profit and lowest turn times? Scan a vehicle or enter a VIN and the system will immediately display information that enables you to make an intelligent purchase or appraisal decision. Is it a vehicle you need based on your own store's historical performance? Is it one you need because it is a “Hot” market performer? What vehicles currently on your lot are likely to be poor performers and should be wholesaled? These are just a few of the SmartLot features. (See SmartLot for more details)
Buyer Reporting
For the very first time Dealers will be able to determine if their buyers are making good decisions in the auction lanes. Because buyers use our tools to book out vehicles at auction we have the ability to store all the VINs that were scanned in the auction lanes. When those VINs hit the dealership DMS we instantly associate them to the buyer. We then track the VINs through the sales life-cycle. Once that is accomplished, we create a dynamic Buyer Performance Report:
How fast do the vehicles turn?
How much Profit does the dealership consistently make on the purchased units?
How many units are in current inventory and what is the age?
How many units have we had to wholesale and what is the profit or loss?
What is the Buyer's overall profit/loss contribution to the store?
How does the buyer compare to other buyers across the country?
What is the buyer's scan to purchase ratio?
Is he too aggressive or too passive?
What was the Market IQ data the Buyer was seeing at the time of purchase?
Did he adhere to or ignore the Market IQ data?
If a dealer is giving a buyer his checkbook he must make sure the buyer is making good decisions. Now he can!
