The integration with our DMS and AutoBase has been seamless and the support from RedBumper has been nothing short of remarkable. Probably the best I have seen in my 28 years in this business. The product itself provides incredible real time information so that our appraisers and used car buyers have the most accurate information in reference to our particular market. The market IQ tool has allowed us to reduce our turn time and provided more information to accurately access the vehicles. RedBumper simplifies the entire process of inventory management and brings it into the 21st Century. My staff doesn’t have to be tied to their desks to access reports or buy lists, but can be anywhere scanning, appraising, bidding and pricing cars. It’s like having the dealership in your pocket, wherever the day takes you! We believe we can be so much more productive with this system.
